so i'm back from europe...it was really fun 8D

i might sound grumpy, but that's because i just got home from school, after waking up at 4am and not being able to go back to sleep because of jet lag. i'm tired so i'm not going to upload all the pics that i took (i took like 100 anyway). i'm also pissed off because the airline left our luggage at charles de gaul airport in paris and all our shit that was in it. i think we're getting it like on thursday. raWr.

idk how big it is...like 900something feet long. those are people's balconies if you want a size reference. there were lots of resturants on board and naturally i got fat u.u

saturday/sunday: barcelona, spain

went sightseeing. visited la ramblas and did a little shopping. we also visited the sagrada familia, which is some famous cathedral. really nice. (sorry, too lazy to rotate the picture)

monday: at sea. in other words. boring. but i did see some hot guys on the ship. too bad none of them spoke english.

tuesday: messina, italy

we went to this little shopping area. it was just like how you would imagine italy. mopeds, narrow sun-drenced alleyways, outdoor cafes, gelato stands at every street corner, etc. and some mime scared the shit out of me. he snuck up behind me and jumped in front of me.

our tour guide was kinda cute too @.@ (didn't get any pics of him :/ )

wednesday: naples, italy

hehe. we went shopping, and i went into this little store where they were selling these cute little bottles shaped like moons and stars and stuff, on the label it said, "creme of melon" so when i paid for it the cashier asked if we would like a sample so me and my parents tried some

...it turned out to be liquor. xD

it was nasty anyway. yuck.

(sorry i couldn't get a picture of the bottles. they're still in our luggage in france >[ )

i got a headache after that, and we went to pompeii. we didn't even spend one hour there because it was soooooooo damn hot. it was like in the 90s there D: and apparently, there's the ruins of an old whorehouse and ancient roman porn on the walls O_O we did get to see the dead bodies though. well, the casts of the dead bodies. plus mt vesuvius was easily seen in the distance.

thursday: rome, italy

rome was really nice! except it was too hot >( in the morning, we got off the ship and took a taxi to the vatican, where we visited st. peter's basilica and the tombs of the popes. no we didn't see pope benedict while we were there.

btw, if you go there be sure not to wear any cleavage shirts, tanks, short shorts of short skirts. you won't be allowed in.

then we visited the coliseum. we didn't go in though. line was too long, and teh weather was again too hot. we couldn't stand the heat. i did get some nice shots of it though.

friday: florence, italy

e.e if you go here, or anywhere in europe actually, be sure to mind your pockets. florence was swarming with gypsies. anyways, i don't have any pictures on here, because i left my camera on the ship by accident for this day, and my dad's was running out of batteries so we only could manage to get a few shots. anyways, we went to this one place, saw the statue of david, plus many other naked statues. theyr'e amazing. i'm serious (just ignore the penises and stuff, they're not that big anyway). you need to actually be there and see the statues with your own eyes in order to see how detailed and perfect they are. @.@

we also went to the leaning tower of pisa. too bad we couldn't walk up it. they charged like 15 euros just to go up >_< plus we were tired from the heat.

saturday: villefranche, france

there really wasn't anything here. not worth taking any pictures. honestly we could've stayed on the ship and slept in instead of getting up at 5am to go on some stupid tour.

sunday: barcelona, spain

they kicked us off the ship, we went home the next day on a 10 hour flight, got home at like 5 something in the evening on the 3rd, and had school the next day. boo.

pleh. i have math homework too and it's only the first day. 1st period. pre-cal sucks already. jfadsklghaklgjhskg i'm taking full IB classes so it's going to be twice as hard as last year plus the big huge ass IB tests that i have to take this and next year. idk if i'll even take any IB tests besides psychology this year.

leaving for europe tomorrow! we're flying to barcelona tomorrow, where we'll hang around for a couple of days. i've been hit on in foreign countries and i hope that doesn't happen this time! O_O

the ship leaves on sunday, and it'll go around italy like rome, florence, pisa, etc., stop at one city in france and then go back to barcelona 8D i'm so excited! i've been waiting for this for everrrrrrr...xD i'm sorry that i keep going on vacations and not updating for like 89478473 days ;______; i love you guys!

hopefully everythign will be okay, i hope nothing happens like what happened to ~MelloLover, who apparently was stuck on a train for six days in russia O_O i've been stuck at the airport for 17 hours before and i thought that was bad D:

argh the bad part is that when i come home school starts the day after! TT___________TT we get back on the 3rd, school starts on the 4th! i'll have terrible jet lag and will probably be falling asleep in class D: the teacher will be like 'ugh, lazyass student' ;_; i'm currently enrolled in japanese 5-6, junior english, biology 1-2 (took chemistry last year), pre-calc, psychology, music theory and history. e.e i've heard that my school might teach mandarin next year so i might take that instead of japanese if it's an IB class.

anyway, i'm really sorry i couldn't update the manga before i leave. this whole chapter is probably the most boring ass chapter ever and it just can't end soon enough. i'm seriously considering ripping up the storyboard and drawing up a new one i'm really sorry i've been so slow about it but i promise things will definitely go a lot faster in the new chapter 8D i can't wait to start drawing the other characters! it'll be fun i promise xD

also, my audition results came in today. i got in the orchestra!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i literally screamed when i opened the letter. but they didn't tell me where i was sitting. they tell us that at first rehearsal >_< oh well. i looked at the youth symphony calendar and the songs we're playing look pretty kickass! i want to start drawing keychains to sell because the trip is going to be around $3000 ;_____________________________________; would you guys buy one? xD

OMGJKFHkdfh kfhklFDHKLFDSJHFJKSDLHFJKDZhkd so i just came back from the diru concert and it was. freaking. amazing. seriously. plus they played all my favorite songs like the final and saku and ryoujoku no ame (sp? D: )

so we got seat assignments at the theater and me and ~murdermakesmehappy were just like pffffffffft screw that. we were moshin' the whole time. seriously, i think it was only like parents who were sitting down. everyone who wasn't wrinkly was freakin in the mosh pit partying.

seriously. my neck's so sore from headbanging all night long *~* man, i'm not going to be able to sleep tonight D: i'm still too excited from tonight. seriously, me and my friend were in heaven. surrounded by azn kids all dressed up in just as crazy clothes as we were, with just as many piercings and just as much eyeliner as us, we totally blended in 8D

we didn't stay for Deftones, because we were too distracted with OMG AUTOGRAPHS *fangirl* yup, we got Die's autograph. twice each. we went in line twice, because we're such huge fans (and cuz i promised one for a friend). wtflol

the only thing that ruined the concert was that this huge tall guy was standing right in front of me. he wasn't even headbanging or anything. just standing there looking all emo. i didn't mind being squished like a sardine but that guy was just annoying. plus my nose was in his pits and i got full blast of his b.o. D: i was like wtf D:< but dude we were like almost up front and kyo and die spat on us 8D i wish i didn't take a shower ;_; but i wasn't even covered with my own sweat '~'
